Who we are:
Camp Gilead was started in 1938
when children earned their to camp for learning
Bible verses. As the ministry grew, several
camps were started in other states. Today Camp
Gilead is incorporated in the state of Florida
and is run by a local board. The year round camp
facility accommodates 150 campers plus staff.
Mission:
To give children and young people an appreciation
for all areas of nature as based on the Word of
God.
To allow individuals to experience God's
creation close-up.
